I've had my method for 6 months and just replaced the batteries in the motion detectors. I assume that making use of far better excellent batteries than those provided will mean altering them closer to when a year. Not negative at all, offered that I don't have to run any wires to these places.

General, I'd say this is an remarkable system for the cost. The manage pad looks kinda low-priced, so I did not prominently display it in my house. It is in a closet. The motion detectors are quite tiny and unobtrusive. I've told family members and buddies that I have the alarm program and most of them did not have any idea, as the detectors blend in especially well.

Hi everybody, i ordered the Skylink SC-100W (newer model) and received mine 2 days ago. I set it up yesterday. Considering that the method comes pre-set it only took me 30 minutes. The only issue i had to change was the passcode. The motion detector alone would have been adequate for me as that issue is as sharp as a needle. Given that i have no pets and no children i have mine on high and it really is awesome. The window/door sensors took a bit of playing about with but they're operating fine (for now). I have my alarm on "Chime" mode since the siren is exceptionally loud, my ears had been ringing all night after i had tested it. Nevertheless i have fantastic comfort recognizing i can use the panic button on my keychain to activate the siren if i feel i'm in danger. It really is so loud that my neighbours will hear it and will be calling 911 in no time. I had the alarm on all night and had no false alarms. It has only been 1 night but i am rather pleased with the method. I am told this a newer model, i'm not very sure how it differs from the Skylink SC 100 Deluxe Kit. If anybody could tell me the difference that would be wonderful. All in all i am pretty pleased with the method and i'm giving it 4 stars given that of how sharp the motion sensor is and since the siren is really loud. I sleep properly at night....incredibly properly.
